1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at trishaktijaacrystal@gmail.com.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Due to the natural and energetic nature of crystals and gemstones, returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, size variations, or energy compatibility.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional events.
- Used, altered, or damaged items not caused during delivery.
3. Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- Our team will guide you through the return shipping process via email.
- The item must be sent back within 7 days of approval.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll inform you of your refund or replacement status.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any delays or lost packages.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing trishaktijaacrystal@gmail.com.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Take clear photos or a short video of the item and the packaging.
- Email us within 48 hours at trishaktijaacrystal@gmail.com.
After verification, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items.
If the desired product is unavailable, we’ll process a full refund instead.
