1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During festivals, weekends, or high-demand periods, processing time may extend by an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post) to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).
A standard delivery charge may apply to orders below the minimum value or to remote delivery areas.
Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
If you are an international customer and wish to purchase our products, please email us at trishaktijaacrystal@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you with custom arrangements.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

We make every effort to deliver on time. However, in rare cases where your order is delayed or lost in transit:

If the shipment cannot be located, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund as per your preference.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

Do not accept the package, or
Take clear photos/videos and email them to trishaktijaacrystal@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace or refund your order after verification.

8. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
